“A little bit about me…
I’m a student currently studying in central London & my philosophy is (I know overused) but no pain no gain.
I always push myself to the limit, not just physically but mentally too. As a 400m sprint athlete having the right attitude is most of the battle – your mindset is everything, it’s the only way you get the most out of anything, I know it’s tough to do but it’s totally worth it.
Running is something that I have always done since I was a child so it has seemed only natural to carry this on. Running only requires a pair of trainers, a positive mentality and off you go, it’s simple!
